Tomasz Bienias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, product strategy, and management. Currently serving as the Owner of OKRy.pl since April 2018, Tomasz specializes in OKR and product strategy execution coaching, having worked with notable clients such as HCM Deck and Infermedica. Previously, Tomasz held the position of Chief Product Officer and COO at inFakt, where responsibilities included implementing management strategies and OKR cycles. With a robust background at Agora SA spanning 17 years in various leadership roles, Tomasz has led significant projects in product development, SEO enhancement, and organizational transformation to agile methodologies. Additionally, Tomasz contributed to the ICAN Institute as a lecturer in Human Capital Strategy and began a career in journalism at Gazeta Wyborcza, where early work included covering technology developments and publishing works on the Internet. Education was attained at Uniwersytet Slaski in Katowice.
