Front-End Tech Lead at CargoSprint

Alejandro Valadez Bastien has worked in the tech industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Innovation iOS and Android UX/UI Designer and Mobile/WEB Developer at Naranya, where they were involved in the implementation of new technologies for web applications, Windows Phone applications, Android applications, and iOS applications. Alejandro also received training for Android, iOS, Windows Phone, and HTML5 & CSS3 application development. During their internship, they were involved in the development of web prototypes, presentation of mobile application designs, and the development of web sites.

From 2013 to 2018, Alejandro worked as an Enterprise Web Developer at Base22 LLC. Alejandro was involved in the design team to bring new solutions to clients using simple and beautiful UI, as well as UX. Alejandro also worked on the development of web components using the IBM framework WCM. Later, they became the Front-End Lead, responsible for assigning tasks and interacting with clients.

Currently, Alejandro is a Front-End Tech Lead at CargoSprint, and previously held the same role at NetPay from 2018 to 2022. At NetPay, they also served as a Lead Developer and Scrum Master, using the Jira tool to monitor the assignment of tasks, sprints, epics, and team scores. Alejandro was part of the design, development, and implementation teams for various projects.

Alejandro Valadez Bastien's education history includes a degree in Ingeniería en Tecnologías Computacionales from Universidad de Monterrey, obtained between 2010 and 2015. Alejandro has also taken courses at CEDIM México, including Business Modeling, Planning and Financing and Innovation and Design Thinking.
