Caro Krissman

Caro Krissman is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in logistics technology, product management, and corporate development. Currently serving as a Board Member at CargoSprint and Advisor to both Sign-Speak and MVMNT, Caro previously held an interim CEO position at MVMNT, where significant organizational changes were implemented, including an 80% cost reduction and the onboarding of approximately 100 brokers. At Amazon Web Services, Caro focused on venture capital and startup growth, while in various roles at Amazon, leadership encompassed product management for ocean freight, integration of acquisitions, and corporate development efforts. Co-founding INLT, a logistics tech startup acquired by Amazon, and Outdoor Tech®, a consumer electronics brand known for innovation and rapid growth, highlights Caro's entrepreneurial spirit.
