Juha Jääskelä

Juha Jääskelä has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing, currently serving as the Director of Group Procurement at Cargotec since August 2017. Prior roles at Cargotec include Category Manager and Category Project Manager. Before joining Cargotec, Juha worked at ValueSource Partners OY as a Service Deployment Manager for a brief period in early 2017 and held several positions at Microsoft from April 2014 to August 2016, including Materials Manager and Senior Sourcing Manager, focusing on manufacturing technologies and supply chain management. Juha's career began at Nokia, where responsibilities spanned from Sourcing Manager to Senior Sourcing Manager, overseeing various manufacturing technologies, agreement negotiations, and global sourcing initiatives with substantial annual spending. Juha holds an M.Sc. in Automation from Tampere University of Technology and a Diploma in Operations Management from Aalto University Executive Education.
