Brian Gagnon

Brian Gagnon is a seasoned professional in credit and collections with extensive experience in team leadership and process development. Currently serving as Senior Manager at CarGurus since June 2017, Brian built and oversees a high-performing team managing over 30,000 customers while implementing comprehensive credit and collections processes. Prior to CarGurus, Brian was the Credit and Collections Supervisor at Fleetmatics, focusing on team motivation and performance improvement, and held roles as Assistant Supervisor/Collector at Nelson, Watson and Associates, and Supervisor/Case Manager at Odyssey House. Brian earned an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Mount Washington College between 2003 and 2005.
