Hannah Leach

Hannah Leach is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Quality and Training Specialist at CarGurus since September 2016, following a progression through various roles in the Customer Success department. Prior to CarGurus, Hannah managed the wait staff at Rays Seafood Restaurant from June 2010 to September 2016, overseeing a team of over 20 personnel and handling hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of New Hampshire, earned in 2014.
