Kelsey Donovan

Kelsey Donovan is an accomplished professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at CarGurus since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kelsey held various positions at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard from June 2018 to January 2024, including Learning Architect and Learning Experience Manager, where responsibilities included designing and delivering innovative learning experiences and consulting with various stakeholders to develop educational content. Kelsey’s earlier experience includes serving as a Learning Specialist at Harvard University Graduate School of Education and as Director of Education at PrepNow Tutoring. Kelsey also worked as an Enrollment Director and spent five years as a mathematics teacher at Brookline Public Schools, where curricula were designed for diverse classrooms. Kelsey holds a Master of Education in Technology, Innovation, and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Bowdoin College.
