Petra Wise

Petra Wise is an accomplished leader in customer operations and support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations and Support at CarGurus since April 2025. Prior to this role, Petra held the position of Senior Vice President of CX and Merchandising at Kaiyo from August 2022 to December 2024. Petra's experience also includes significant leadership roles at Modsy as Vice President Operations and Senior Director of Customer Experience, and at ezCater as Head of Customer Service from January 2016 to May 2021. Additionally, Petra was a Board Director for the SOCAP International New England Chapter from June 2017 to January 2020. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies and Theater Arts, English from Bridgewater State University and further studies at Harvard Extension School.
