Petra Wise is an accomplished leader in customer operations and support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations and Support at CarGurus since April 2025. Prior to this role, Petra held the position of Senior Vice President of CX and Merchandising at Kaiyo from August 2022 to December 2024.
