Jennifer Piscopink began their work experience in 1988 at Little Caesars Pizza, where they started as an Area HR Manager and later took on the roles of Market specific HR Manager and Franchise Representative. During their time there, they supported the company's expansion by assisting franchisees in opening and managing their restaurants through extensive travel across the US. In 1997, Jennifer joined Carhartt, Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they established the HR department from scratch and was responsible for determining the strategic direction for HR, Facilities, Security, and Safety to support the organization's objectives. Jennifer also served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the overall direction of the organization.
Jennifer Piscopink has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Xavier University - Williams College of Business. Jennifer has also completed an Executive Leadership Course from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, Jennifer has undergone Leadership Development training at the Center for Creative Leadership. Furthermore, they hold a certification in Strategic Workforce Planner from HCI.
