Nicole Bladzik is an experienced IT and customer experience leader with a demonstrated history of driving strategic initiatives in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of IT Solution Delivery for Sales and Service at Carhartt, Nicole leads a development team focused on enhancing customer and consumer experiences through advanced technologies such as CRM and Salesforce automation. Prior to this role, Nicole held multiple positions at GreenPath Financial Wellness, culminating in the position of Director of Innovation, where skills included product development and fostering a culture of innovation.
