Todd Corley

Todd Corley has a diverse work experience that spans across various organizations and roles. Todd currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Inclusion, Sustainability & Community at Carhartt since June 2021. In 2022, they joined the USDA as a Member of the Equity Commission, where they were appointed to a two-year term to advance fairness and equity in the agricultural ecosystem. Todd also serves as a Faculty member at Villanova University, teaching graduate students about HR strategy, inclusion, diversity, and the influence of new technology.
