Jens Nachtigall

Jens Nachtigall serves as the Product Owner and Lead Engineer for Smart Mobility at CARIAD since June 2021, with responsibilities including Scrum Master, Backend Architect, Senior DevOps Engineer, Critical Incident Manager, FOSS Compliance and Security Engineer, and active developer. Prior roles at CARIAD include Senior Cloud Engineer and Senior Software Engineer in Traffic Data Analytics. Jens also has experience at AUDI AG as a Lead Software Engineer and Consortium Manager for a public research project, and earlier positions include Junior Software Engineer at Automotive Safety Technologies GmbH, Consulting Junior Software Engineer at ASAP Gruppe, and an internship at Volkswagen AG focused on V2X vehicular communications. Jens holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Network Management and Security from Wrexham University.
