Jeremy M. has extensive work experience in the field of information technology, particularly in the areas of data analysis, data warehousing, and software development. Jeremy started their career at The ANSA McAL Group as a Shipping Data Analyst in 2007. Jeremy then joined Digicel Group in 2008, where they held various roles including Data Warehouse Analyst, Data Warehouse Manager, and Manager of Data Warehouse and Data Analyst Teams. During their time at Digicel, they developed data pipelines, performed performance tuning for databases, and executed the rollout of SAP Data Services. In 2018, Jeremy joined Caribbean Airlines Ltd as the Head of Information Services, responsible for designing and building the airline's data warehouse. Jeremy also served as the Chief Information Officer, leading the IT strategy and operations, maintaining system functionality during the pandemic, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
