Rekha Williams

Rekha Williams is a seasoned professional in talent development and employee experience, currently serving as Senior Manager at Caribbean Airlines Ltd since April 2022. Prior to this role, Rekha held various positions at the Trinidad and Tobago Housing Development Corporation from 2012 to 2022, including Manager, Training and Development, where responsibilities encompassed managing talent development activities and coordinating training needs.
