Rachel Ramsey

Rachel Ramsey is currently the Program Manager of the Advancing Circular Economy (ACE) Facility at Caribbean Biodiversity Fund. Rachel has a background as a Project Coordinator and Project Execution Officer in various environmental and conservation organizations in the Caribbean region. Rachel holds a Master of Science degree in Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Development in the Caribbean from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Additionally, Rachel has certifications in circular economy, offshore safety training, project management, quality control management, and occupational safety and health.
