Doug Fraser

Doug Fraser currently serves as the Head of Procurement at the Caribbean Development Bank, managing the Procurement Policy Unit and providing advisory services related to procurement policies. With extensive experience in procurement, Doug's previous role as a Procurement Advisor at Crown Agents Japan involved overseeing a team on a diverse portfolio of Japanese-funded projects valued at over £175 million, which included initiatives in solar power, forestry management, and emergency response. Doug's earlier positions encompassed various procurement roles, including managing World Bank programs in Cambodia and public procurement projects in Vietnam, and providing consultancy services and capacity building in international settings, such as Iraq and the Philippines. Doug holds an MBA in Strategy and Procurement from the University of Birmingham and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
