L. O'Reilly Lewis serves as the Division Chief for the Economic Infrastructure Division at the Caribbean Development Bank since April 2004, overseeing strategic and operational management within the Projects Department, ensuring quality work outputs and compliance with bank policies. O'Reilly Lewis also held the presidency of the Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association from October 2012 to September 2014, and managed the Solid Waste Management Unit at the Central Water and Sewerage Authority from 2001 to 2004. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sanitary Engineer at the Caribbean Environmental Health Institute and as a Water Engineer at the Central Water and Sewerage Authority. L. O'Reilly Lewis holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester, along with a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.
