Michelle McIntosh-McCatty

Michelle McIntosh-McCatty is an experienced educational professional with expertise in measurement and evaluation, particularly in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). Currently serving as Manager, Measurement and Evaluation at the Caribbean Examinations Council since July 2015, Michelle has also contributed as an Assistant Examiner focused on CAPE Sociology and CSEC Social Studies. Previous roles include Senior Teacher at Knox College Jamaica, where responsibilities included heading the Humanities Department and advising on United Nations School Programmes. Additional experience includes serving as External Verification Specialist, part-time Lecturer, and roles in research and behavioral modification. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Educational Assessment from The University of the West Indies and has pursued further qualifications in education and technology.
