Lisa Ramoutar is a seasoned Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently serving as Laboratory Manager at the Caribbean Industrial Research Institute (CARIRI) since October 2009. In addition to this role, Lisa is a Director at the Trinidad and Tobago Contractors Association since May 2019. Previous experience includes a position as a Civil Engineer at Geotech Associates Limited, where responsibilities encompassed geotechnical investigations, asphalt mix designs, and client liaison. Lisa began their career with internship roles at Petrotrin and First National Credit Union, gaining foundational exposure to contract procurement and clerical functions. Lisa holds a Master of Science (MSc) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, both from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
