Matthew O. has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Matthew currently holds the position of Vice President, Digital Transformation at Caribbean Maritime University, where they began in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Innovation and Research Manager at VM Group from April 2021 to January 2023.

Matthew's previous role was as a Manager Application Development at Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited, where they were responsible for delivering software solutions and ensuring consistent system operations from August 2018 to April 2021.
