The Spooner family established this site 75 years ago. After long-standing success with blue chip logistics businesses, Caribbean Boats and as the popular produce market, Caribbean Park has expanded to become the largest office precinct outside of the CBD. The comprehensive masterplan is delivering new office buildings, expansive parkland, integrated landscaping, new retail areas, lifestyle facilities and now a Hyatt Place hotel.

Like every enterprise the Spooner Family undertakes, Caribbean Park has been planned and built to a very high standard. The wide roads, generous open space, a lake and thoughtful engagement with the landscape have created a commercial destination unlike any other.

The family manage all aspects of the day to day operation of the park and take an enormous amount of pride in creating a most enjoyable place for business. As it enters its next stage of long-term development, the family is committed to creating spaces of unrivalled quality. Their personal investment and attention to detail will ensure the continued success of Caribbean Park for generations to come.

To assist the Spooner Family in realising its vision, it has enlisted three of the most respected leading industry experts in commercial property, architecture and landscaping. CBRE, PRA Architects, Jacobs Architects and Oculus all share the Family’s commitment to realising this ambitious masterplan and creating a new landmark business address unlike any other in Australia.
