Sacha N. Tibbetts has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 1998 to 2003, they worked at Caribbean Utilities Company, Ltd., starting as an Operations Engineer and then progressing to Manager Engineering Services. In this role, they developed strategic capital expansion programs, managed annual budgets, and created alternative energy programs.

In 2012, their role expanded to Manager Engineering & Customer Services, where they were responsible for developing and modifying business processes, utility billing, call center activities, and customer account management. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Manager of Engineering & Business Development.

In 2016, Sacha became the President & CEO of DataLink Ltd. and remains in that position to date. Additionally, from 2007 to 2019, they served as a Director at Mail Boxes Etc., Cayman Islands. In 1998, they briefly worked as a Design Engineer at McGill University, where they designed and manufactured a mold for a carbon fiber bicycle fork.

Throughout their career, Sacha has demonstrated a strong background in engineering, project management, business development, and customer service.

Sacha N. Tibbetts attended Cayman Islands High School from 1989 to 1992 and obtained a GCSE degree. From 1992 to 1994, they attended Lester B. Pearson United World College of the Pacific and obtained an IB degree. Sacha then went on to McGill University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a B. Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Sacha has certifications as a Professional Engineer (PE) from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
