Carolina Pulido

Carolina Pulido currently serves as the VIP Ambassador Manager at Caribe Royale Orlando, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Carolina gained valuable experience at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando, where responsibilities included Assistant Front Office Manager, Rooms Controller, and Front Desk Agent from April 2021 to October 2023. Carolina also worked as a Club Concierge at Loews Royal Pacific Resort from December 2019 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes serving at Jetty's Waterfront Restaurant and Cool’a Fish Bar between 2014 and 2019. Carolina is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Central Florida, following the completion of an Associate's degree at Palm Beach State College in August 2020.
