Jennifer Amador

Jennifer Amador is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Human Resources Manager at Caribe Royale Orlando since August 2022, Jennifer previously held positions as Human Resources Manager at JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek and at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where duties included management and supervision of HR functions. Jennifer's career also includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at The Miami Beach EDITION and experience as Front Desk Supervisor at Marriott South Beach, as well as Guest Relation Supervisor at InterContinental Miami. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Strayer University and a Bachelor in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
