Michael Santacroce is an experienced culinary professional with extensive expertise in managing banquet and restaurant operations. Currently serving as the Executive Banquet Sous Chef at Caribe Royale Orlando since May 2021, Michael also holds the position of Executive Sous Chef at Diplomat Resort and Spa since November 2010, overseeing a staff of 26. Previously, as Resort Chef at Bahia Mar Beach Resort from January 2006 to June 2011, Michael was responsible for the entire culinary operation, managing a team of 23. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Chef at The Palm Restaurant from February 2004 to January 2006, focusing on classic steakhouse cuisine. Michael's culinary education includes a Certificate in Culinary Arts from the New York Institute of Technology, completed in 1983.
