In this role, Susan focuses on attracting new clients, including Travel Agent partners, AAA, and domestic wholesalers. In addition, Susan is also the Director of Leisure Sales at Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel & Convention Center since November 2006, where similar responsibilities are undertaken to enhance client engagement for vacation stays. Susan's career is supported by a foundational education at the University of Illinois Chicago and Morgan Park High School in Chicago.
