Ben Dumais is currently the Customer Operations Lead at Caribou. Previously, Ben served as the Strategy & Operations Manager at Validere, focusing on scaling post-sales operations. Before that, Ben was a Professional Services Manager, helping to build and operationalize customer success functions during the company's growth phase. Ben also has experience as a Data Scientist, developing tools for gas plant operations. Prior to these roles, Ben worked as a Strategy Analyst at Accenture, specializing in technology strategy for Financial Services. Ben holds Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from Western University's Ivey Business School.
