At Caribou, we are on a mission to solve the caregiver staffing crisis. We are working towards a world where caregiving is a sought after career that provides a sense of purpose and financial stability. In this world, care organizations no longer struggle to hire and retain staff. Families will have consistent help from caregivers who feel valued and deliver care with a sense of pride. Quality of life for everyone improves dramatically. Our software is a super easy-to-implement tool that transforms care organizations' ability to recruit, retain, and recognize staff. With Caribou, our customers are able to grow their care staff by over 10% in 90 days and elevate the way they recognize and retain. Our team believes that part of the answer to solving the caregiver shortage lies in helping care organizations become exceptional employers. Employers who listen to their staff, compensate them well, and delight their workforce with meaningful rewards and recognition. Over the long-run, employers who offer the best caregiver experience will win every single time. Improving the caregiver experience has two profound impacts on the industry: (1) It makes existing workers happier and less likely to leave and (2) it makes the industry more attractive to new joiners. To accomplish this mission, we are working hand-in-hand with care organizations across the United States and Canada. If you want to solve these problems for your organization, we'd love to meet you.
