Catherine Miles, MPS, PMP has over 20 years of experience in marketing and project management. Catherine currently works at Carilion Clinic as a Business Relationship Director, where they lead cross-functional project teams and manages digital marketing initiatives. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior Consultant and Web Manager at the same organization, where they were responsible for executing project plans, leading website redesigns, and providing interactive marketing consulting services. Before joining Carilion Clinic, Catherine worked at Quest Diagnostics as a Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing communications efforts and implementing branding and marketing strategies. Catherine also served as a Marketing Services Manager at Beacon Health Options, managing web projects and developing sales support materials. Earlier in their career, Catherine worked as a Marketing Manager at Dominion Enterprises, where they developed and executed marketing plans and coordinated tradeshows and advertising campaigns.
Catherine Miles, MPS, PMP completed their Master of Professional Studies degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and French, with a concentration in Professional Writing and a minor in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in 1997, graduating with a GPA of 3.42. Catherine also holds several additional certifications including the ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice obtained in 2021, a Social Media Marketing Certification from Hootsuite Media Inc. obtained in 2016, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute obtained in January 2016.
