Cressida Slote is an experienced manager and project leader with a strong background in online care services and international development. Currently serving as a Manager at Carina since July 2019, Cressida oversees care matching services while collaborating with various teams to support users in Washington and Oregon. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at both Carina and SEIU 775 Benefits Group, where Cressida led organization-wide projects and developed online services for seniors and people with disabilities. Cressida's earlier career includes consulting for major corporations at MeetGreen, managing significant US government funding programs at the U.S. Department of State and USAID, and directing initiatives in Bosnia-Herzegovina to empower local women's organizations post-war. Cressida holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, an MBA in Strategy and Management from the University of Maryland, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
