Margot Böschen Baars

Margot Böschen Baars has extensive work experience in various sales and merchandising roles. Margot most recently worked for Caring Fieldmarketing as a Field Sales & Merchandising specialist starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Field Sales & Merchandising Representative for CPM Benelux Fieldmarketing from August 2019. In this role, they worked on sales and merchandising projects for several clients including DKV, Mars, Nutricia (Danone), Biodermal, Davitamon (Perrigo), Pepsico, and The Blue Butcher.

Margot also has experience in in-house purchasing and sales as their previous role was at Great Premiums Europe B.V. from August 2009. Here, they were responsible for the development, sales, and distribution of premium and point-of-sale materials. Margot handled various tasks such as procurement, order planning, logistics, administration, and invoicing.

Before that, Margot worked as a Sales Representative for Nestlé from January 2000 to November 2002. Margot represented Nestlé and Ralston Purina and was involved in selling their products.

Prior to their time at Nestlé, Margot worked for Ringers Import / Nedan Zoetwaren as a Sales Representative from January 1998 to December 1999. Their role involved selling brands such as Cadbury Chocolade, Walkers Shortbread, Ricola, PEZ, Autodrop, and other confectionery products to supermarkets, bakeries, delicatessens, hospitals, and organizing trade fairs.

Margot's earliest work experience was at Wrigley where they worked as a Sales Representative from September 1991 to December 1997. Margot was responsible for selling brands like Freedent, Extra, PK, Doublemint, Spearmint, Juicy Fruit, and Hubba Bubba to supermarkets, gas stations, tobacco shops, and the hospitality industry. Margot also handled the placement of point-of-sale and point-of-purchase materials.

Margot Böschen Baars attended MBO-4 from 1988 to 1991, where they majored in Detailhandel Levensmiddelen (MDS). However, no degree was obtained during this period.
