A.j. Siegmann

A.J. Siegmann has extensive work experience in executive and managerial roles in various healthcare and business organizations. A.J. is currently serving as Chairman and CEO at Caring for Others, LLC since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Caring for the Cascades LLC in 2019, Chairman and CEO at Caring for Hoosiers Inc. in 2018, and Chief Executive Officer at Caring for Portland, LLC in 2015. A.J. Siegmann also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Caring for the Coast, LLC in 2007 and as an Office Manager at COMPASSIONATE CAREGIVERS, LLC from 2007 to 2008. Before moving into the healthcare sector, they worked as the Executive Director of the Boone County Chamber of Commerce from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they held the position of Operations Coordinator at Tri-Auto Enterprises, LLC from 2003 to 2005 and Direct Mail Coordinator at Homeowners Loan Corp from 2002 to 2003.

A.J. Siegmann completed an MBA Program at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in 2005. A.J. earned a BA in Marketing Management from Hillsdale College between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Goshen High School in 1997.
