Heather S.

Heather S. is an Associate Veterinarian at Caring Hands Animal Hospital since June 2023, following the completion of the DVM program at Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2023. Prior to entering veterinary medicine, Heather S. had a distinguished career in the U.S. Coast Guard, holding various engineering roles, including Naval Engineering Resources Division Chief and Technical Manager for the Fast Response Cutter Program. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a bachelor’s degree from Rivier University.
