Johanna Debari

Johanna DeBari currently serves as the Director of Workforce Development and Training at Caring Health Center, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this, DeBari held the position of Director at the Office of Support, Healing, Activism and Prevention Education at Wesleyan University from January 2018 to May 2022, providing confidential resources and training on issues related to interpersonal violence. DeBari's professional experience also includes roles as a Trainer/Adult Educator at The Center for Empowerment and Education, Graduate Assistant at the University of Connecticut Human Rights Institute, and an intern at Physicians for Human Rights. DeBari's educational background includes dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Holocaust and Genocide Studies from Keene State College, as well as a Master of Arts in International Studies and Human Rights from the University of Connecticut.
