Tylor Vaillancourt

Tylor Vaillancourt is joining Caring Health Center as a Nurse Practitioner. He will also be leading the pilot Nurse Practitioner Residency Program, pending funding. Tylor, who is fluent in Spanish, went to school at D'Youville College in Buffalo, New York, for both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. He has worked in Buffalo, Hartford, and Holyoke. His clinical interests include the management of asthma/COPD, and gastrointestinal problems. Tylor is married with two daughters ages 10 months and 2 years.
