Martin Lo

Martin Lo has over seven years of experience in various roles related to learning and development, currently serving as the Learning And Development Support Manager at Caring Homes Group since January 2016. In addition to managing the LMS and overseeing the e-learning platform, Martin has also coordinated clinical training and participated in a six-month secondment in the Property Department, where responsibilities included handling phone queries and attending contractor meetings. Previous experience includes a two-week work placement at Ellisons Solicitors. Martin holds a Level 5 Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute and a BA (HONS) in Business Innovation and Applied Management from University Centre Colchester.
