María Celeste Ibáñez has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Team Member in External Relations for AIESEC. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Jr. Digital Media Planner and Digital Media Planner Assistant at MEC, where they were responsible for digital performance campaign planning and the implementation, follow-up, control and optimization of online campaigns. In 2015, they also worked as an International Volunteer in the Communications Area for the CECOSNE Foundation, where they updated and created content for the Facebook fan page and searched for donations. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Asistente de Depósito y Atención al Cliente at House of Quirky, where they were responsible for picking, packing, and despatching orders, maintaining the order of the depot, counting and storing inventory, and attending to customer inquiries and complaints. Finally, they currently work as an Analista de Marketing Digital for Cariola Group.

María Celeste Ibáñez obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Universidad del Salvador between 2008 and 2013. María Celeste has also obtained several certifications since then, including a Marketing Digital: Publicidad en Redes Avanzado from Coderhouse in March 2021, a Growth Marketing certification from Coderhouse in November 2020, an IELTS General Training certification from IELTS Official in April 2019, a Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge Assessment English in June 2017, a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in March 2021, a Certificación en Display de Google Ads from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in February 2021, and a Certificación sobre las Campañas de Búsqueda de Google Ads certification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in February 2021.
