Amanda Bell Madson is an experienced spiritual leader with a robust background in pastoral care and healthcare chaplaincy. Currently serving as a Chaplain at Caris Healthcare LP since August 2021, Amanda provides spiritual care and support to patients and their families. Previous roles include Pastor at Sand Branch United Methodist Church and Hospice Chaplain at Tennova Healthcare. Amanda has held various pastoral positions across multiple United Methodist Churches and worked as an Assistant to Chaplain at Emory University, where support for the Journeys of Reconciliation Program was provided. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Emory University and two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in Religion/Religious Studies and Anthropology.
