In 2014, they joined Senior Solutions Management Group as a Regional Marketing Manager. Shana then transitioned to Integral Senior Living in 2016, where they held positions such as Senior Executive Director, Divisional Operations Specialist, and Regional Director of Operations. Currently, they are working at Caris Healthcare LP as an Administrator and Regional Director of Operations.
Shana Robertson, CDAL, obtained their Associate's degree in Biology, General from Walters State Community College, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. Patients can reside in their homes, in a nursing facility, or assisted-care facility. The plan of care for each patient and family is individualized according to his or her needs.
