Caleb Cheng

Caleb Cheng, MD, MBA, is an experienced oncologic pathologist currently working at Caris Life Sciences since September 2020. Prior to this role, Caleb served as a Women’s Health Surgical Pathology Fellow at UCI Health from September 2019 to August 2020, and held positions as a VA Quality Scholar and Staff Pathologist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from July 2017 to February 2019. Additional experience includes a fellowship in Blood Bank/Transfusion Medicine at Yale New Haven Health from July 2016 to June 2017, and residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Cedars-Sinai and the University of Illinois at Chicago from July 2013 to June 2016 and July 2012 to June 2013, respectively. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from Yale School of Management, a Doctor of Medicine from Thomas Jefferson University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC San Diego.
