Michael Salyer

Michael Salyer, MSW, currently serves as the Commercial Education Manager for Sales Leadership Development at Caris Life Sciences, a position held since April 2022. With extensive experience in training and development, Salyer has previously held roles including Senior Training Manager at Cycle Pharmaceuticals and Director of Training and Development at both Ply Gem and Merz North America. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Salyer has successfully designed and implemented training programs across multiple organizations, focusing on leadership development, sales training, and professional growth. Salyer holds a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
