Vijay Mohan

Vijay Mohan is a Co-Founding Partner of Sixth Street based in San Francisco. Sixth Street manages one of the largest and most flexible private investment platforms in the world. Vijay oversees Sixth Street’s healthcare investing team and is co-head of the firm’s Strategic Capital Group among other responsibilities. Prior to co-founding Sixth Street in 2009, Vijay was a Managing Principal with Bardin Hill (the then Halcyon Asset Management). Before joining Bardin Hill in 2005, he worked in the Americas Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs alongside many of Sixth Street ‘s co-founding partners. Vijay began his career with Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media and Telecom Group of the Investment Banking Division. He currently serves as Chair of the Board for the Bay Area Discovery Museum. He received a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Columbia University.
