Carlos A. Saladrigas

Mr. Saladrigas serves as a member of the board. He founded Concordia Behavioral Health, which later became Carisk Partners. He currently serves on the Advisory Committee of MBF Healthcare Partners (Carisk is an MBF Healthcare Partners Portfolio Company). Mr. Saladrigas is also a member of the Board of Directors of Duke Energy.

Previously, Mr. Saladrigas co-founded Psych/Care along with his daughter Dr. Elisa Saladrigas as a division of The Vincam Group, Inc., a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). Psych/Care became Florida’s leading independent MBHO. In 1996, he took the company public and by 1998It was named the largest Hispanic-owned company in the U.S. by Hispanic Business. Vincam merged with Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP) in March 1999. He has also served on the board of Advance Auto Parts, Inc. and the Hispanic Advisory Board to Frito-Lay and PepsiCo, Inc. Mr. Saladrigas also worked in the HMO industry and held several positions at PepsiCo, Inc., both domestically and overseas. He started his career in public accounting with firms that were considered “Big 8” at the time.

Mr. Saladrigas received the Alumnus of Distinction award from the University of Miami, was named Florida Entrepreneur of the Year in 1997, and received the Man of the Year award from the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and the Thomas Carvel Immigrant Entrepreneur Award from the National Immigration Forum. In 2002, the Miami-Dade Commission on Ethics and Public Trust named Mr. Saladrigas Top Volunteer Advocate, citing his leadership on ethics and public accountability.

Mr. Saladrigas, a CPA and CMA, earned a MBA, with honors, from Harvard University.
