Lucia Pineda

Ms. Pineda has over 16 years of financial and operational experience with healthcare physician services and commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid markets. She is responsible for Carisk’s accounting and financial reporting activities.

Ms. Pineda served as the Assistant Controller of ContinuCare Corpora on/Humana Inc. from 2007 to 2013, overseeing day-to-day operational accounting functions and interpretations of accounting data. Previously, she was Manager of Corporate Accounting for Ivax Corporation/Teva Pharmaceutical with responsibility for all financial accounting functions, including preparation of financial statements and financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Ms. Pineda obtained a BA in Accounting from Florida International University and a MA in Taxation from Nova Southeastern University. She anticipates completing her CPA during 2018.
