Thomas Downey

Mr. Downey has more than 30 years of sales experience. He is responsible for overall sales growth for all Carisk Partners services.

Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Sales MedAllocators, an industry-leading independent national provider of Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) services and case management services that was acquired by ExamWorks Clinical Solutions. He also served for 23 years as Vice President of Sales at Coventry’s Workers’ Compensation Services Group, formerly Concentra Managed Care Inc. He began his career at CRA Managed Care, Inc. as a medical and vocational case manager handling workers’ compensation and auto cases.

Mr. Downey earned a BS and MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Scranton.
