Leo O'Bannion

Leo O'Bannion, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial analysis, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Central Arkansas Water since September 2012, where responsibilities include providing accounting and technical support for a new customer billing system. O'Bannion played a key role in a major $6.4 million project to implement the Cayenta Utilities system, replacing the legacy enQuesta system. Previous positions include an accountant at Arvest Bank, specializing in general ledger maintenance and financial reporting, as well as experience in accounts payable with Windstream Communications. Prior military service as an Apache Helicopter Armament and Repair Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve involved leadership and operational improvements. O'Bannion holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of Houston.
