Susanne Philippsen

Susanne Philippsen is an experienced trainer and educator specializing in intercultural management and communication. Currently serving as a trainer at Carl Duisberg Centren since 2013 and a lecturer at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management since 2015, Susanne focuses on training design and experiential learning. Previous roles include facilitating communication and soft skills training as a freelancer from 2007 to 2011 and working as a marketing manager and head of communication at ThyssenKrupp Information Services from 1998 to 2002. Susanne's educational background includes a certification in neuroscience and intercultural learning from the Japan Intercultural Institute, as well as qualifications in coaching, change management, and human resources management from various institutions, reflecting a strong foundation in organizational psychology and intercultural competence.
