Andreas Pecher serves as President & CEO of ZEISS Group since January 2022 and is a member of the Executive Board of Carl Zeiss AG. Andreas Pecher's prior roles include President of ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Optics and various leadership positions at ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, encompassing responsibilities as SVP and General Manager of Semiconductor Metrology Systems and Vice President of Strategic Business Development. Previous experience includes Vice President of Business Development at REC Group, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, and Engineering roles at Motorola's Semiconductor Products Sector. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a focus on Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Operations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, an M.E.M. in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, and dual master's degrees in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin and The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
