Anirudh Kumar

Anirudh Kumar has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 with roles in different companies. Anirudh began as a Network Administrator at Wipro Limited, where they were responsible for network administration and server maintenance support. Anirudh then worked as an Internship Trainee at Accenture, where they were involved in the transition process of a project. Anirudh also worked as a Freelance Web Developer, building websites and small applications using Java, HTML, and JSS for clients such as HP, Philips, and local universities. Anirudh then joined Deloitte as a Workday Integration Consultant, managing HRMS for various companies globally. Later on, Anirudh joined Appirio as an Associate Manager, Technical Lead, and Project Lead, where they led the offshore integration team and solved complex issues with integrations. Anirudh also worked at IBM India Private Limited as a Workday Project Lead, handling analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of workday HCM products. Anirudh then joined Trumpf as a Workday HR IT Lead, leading design sessions for Workday implementation. Anirudh's most recent experience includes roles at PUMA Group, where they served as the Global Head People Technology and later as the Senior Team Head of Global People Technology, responsible for overseeing the strategy of technical and functional HRIS systems and collaborating with HR teams, IT, and business leaders to drive efficient service delivery and data analytics. Currently, Anirudh holds the position of Global Director HR Transformation and Operations at ZEISS Group.

Anirudh Kumar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at North Maharashtra University from 2008-2012. Before that, they studied Mathematics and Computer Science at Laxman Public School in New Delhi from 2003-2005. Their early education was at St Pauls School from 1997-2003. Anirudh also obtained additional certifications in Workday HCM Core from Deloitte U.S. India offices in 2013, and in Workday Integrations Core from Workday in 2012.
