Annett Burger

Annett Burger has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and consulting. Annett started their career at Lucas Group, where they worked as a Consultant for four years. In 2009, they founded HR Excellence Group GmbH and served as a Partner until 2012. Later, they joined NXP Semiconductors as a Recruitment Team Lead and Interim Manager Recruiting. In 2015, they worked as a Recruiting Manager at Groupon. Annett also served as an Interim HR Manager at SO1.ai - Segment of One from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working as a Team Lead Recruiting at ZEISS Group. In addition to their professional experience, Annett Burger runs their own consulting business, Annett Burger Consulting, where they help companies in building agile organizations and hiring great people.

Annett Burger obtained a Diploma in Marketing and Human Resources from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Annett also obtained a certification as a KODE und KODE(X) Trainer licensed for competency diagnostics and development in 2007.
